Shipping:
We use a Flat Rate per item shipping charge and items are shipped using Canada Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
COD orders will have a $6.50 extra charge that will need to be paid once the order is received.( You will not see this at checkout )
All our items shipped will be fully insured.
Items purchased will be shipped 1 - 2 business days after payment has cleared
Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be delivered (depending on location)
Note:
There could be occasional delays in shipping of an item caused by unforseen circumstances, in such case please bear with us. We will notify you of any delays.
If an item is lost by Canada Post, please be patient as we will have to file a dispute with the carrier and then replace your item/items.
In any case we would need a statement from you stating you never received your shippment to show delivery was never made in case an item is lost in the mail.
Note: If you receive a defective item we are not the manufacture and will not be held liable for any cost associated with the return/replacement of this item. We are distributors only!
If you buy a Satopia / iCon product and it is a defective item you will need to ship it back to the warehouse/ manufacture for repair/replacement. We will not be liable or cover any associated cost. Please contact us for shipping details.
The Satopia and iCon products have a 1 year manufacture warranty and it is your responsibility to take care of all shipping charges and associated costs on returns due to defects or any other cause.
